Who we are
SortMyCover is a South African service that helps people talk to a licensed adviser. The privacy notice and the terms name the company that is legally responsible for personal details, and give its address.
What we do
We explain, in plain words, what a cover gap is and why many people have one. When a person asks for it, we connect them with an authorised financial services provider, called a licensed adviser, and help book a free 30-minute call, booked for a time that suits. The call is by video, WhatsApp or phone.
What we do not do
SortMyCover gives no financial advice, product comparisons or premium quotes. Licensed financial advisers do.
Only the licensed adviser can talk about products. The adviser gives their name and licence details before the call.
